We put our best to ship the items within a reasonable time after you place your order. Usually, Your order is prepared the very next working day (Sundays and public holidays excluded), after which your order is handed over to the courier companies. We use standard shipping offered by the courier companies which takes 2-3 Working Days from the date of handover. In normal circumstances, you should receive your order within 3-4 working days after placing the order. However, there might be deviation to this during Peak Seasons and Public Holidays.

The delivery to KSA, Oman and Bahrain may take up to 10 working days from the date of placing the order.

Free Shipping
UAE - All orders above AED 100 are eligible for Free Shipping across UAE. This applies to normal city limits defined by our courier service providers. Free shipping is not applicable to Outside Delivery Areas (beyond city limits) defined by our courier partners.

Outside UAE - All orders above AED 250 are eligible for Free Shipping. This applies to normal city limits defined by our courier service providers in the delivery country. Free shipping is not applicable to Outside Delivery Areas (beyond city limits) defined by our courier partners.

ODA Areas - UAE and Outside UAE

If your address falls in ODA (Outside delivery Areas), the courier service providers may sometimes charge additional service fee for delivery to ODA Areas. We will communicate the same to you before shipping your order. You will be required to pay the differential service fee upon delivery which goes directly to the courier service providers.

Shipping Fees
UAE - Shipping fees are applicable to all orders below AED 100. An amount of AED 10 will be added to the Cart as Shipping Fees on checkout page.

Outside UAE - Shipping fees are applicable to all orders below AED 250. An amount of AED 50 will be added to the Cart as Shipping Fees on checkout page.

Delivery
We currently deliver to UAE, KSA, Oman and Bahrain. Upon receiving your order from us, the courier service provider may give you a call to arrange suitable date and time for delivery. Customers are advised to be present on the scheduled time to receive the delivermybabyqloy. It is also advised to arrange the exact change before the scheduled delivery in case you have chosen to pat cash on delivery while placing the order. The delivery person usually do not carry change with them.
