All Return and Exchange requests should be made within 7 days of receipt.
The Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment for orders paid through Credit Cards.
For Cash on Delivery Orders, a credit note will be issued and sent to the customer’s registered e-mail id. This credit note will be redeemable at www.shopfils.com for future orders.
To Return a product, contact us at +971 56 6120509 or at our facebook messanger. You are required to provide the reasons for the return. If the received item is in damaged condition, we are happy to replace it, free of any charge. However, for exchange requests, AED 20 will be charged.
Any COD amount or Shipping charged on the order will not be refunded as it goes to the courier company.
We will arrange a pickup within 2 working days and we will process the refund / credit note within 24 hours of the receipt of the product. However, you should understand that the bank might take 10-14 working days to return the amount to your credit card.

Unfortunately, we have a strict no-return policy on all lingerie and cosmetic products due to hygiene reasons. We advise you to read the product description thoroughly before purchasing your desired product. The product returned should not be used or washed in any case and should be sent in the original packaging with the tags.
